Final Presentations Consulting/Rehearsal

These 2 days are reserved for the PdP teams for rehearsing their Final presentations with Elina Aalto in Birch. Halfway Presentations Consulting

The presentations consulting will be held on Monday (20th January) and Tuesday (21st January), and you will be checking your presentation material with Elina Aalto. Representatives from each team should come with their Halfway Show material ready to present.

Halfway Show Rehearsals

The Halfway Show rehearsals will be held this week on Wednesday, 22nd January and Thursday, 23rd January at Stage. You will deliver your final presentation material to George Atanassov, who will assist you with the video/audio equipment. Present your final project to the teams, sponsors, and to the world! The presentations will be broadcast live on livestream.com. Each team has a 10-minute slot for their presentation, and there will be no Q&A afterwards. Schedule and order of presentations will come later.

PD6, short for “Product development in 6 hours”, it’s a whole day event that takes place during the week 14th – 18th October. Lecture 3 – Sponsor Matching

On Wednesday, 26 September, is the sponsors matchmaking session. We will start at 16:15 like usual at Stage. All contact persons from sponsoring companies will be present. Parallel sessions of sponsors’ pitches will start, each session will have a group of sponsors. Each sponsor will have 5min in total (1min pitch followed by 4min Q&A).

Lecture 4 – Team + Sponsor meeting

The brochure showcases all the projects in a compact form. It will be distributed to Gala visitors and guests and will serve as a guide to choose which project stand they are more interested to visit.
